Easter Birthday

We celebrated my 56th birthday on Saturday at the Oil Ranch in nearby Hockley. Maggie, Jay, Molly, Leah and Dylan; Lizzie and her boys, Jerod, Jacob and Julian; Lyn with Max and Amanda; Zack and his girlfriend, Chenoa and her daughter, Ferrell; and Jake. It was a perfect day and we all enjoyed the train ride, the hayride, petting the baby animals, feeding the cows and running around in the beautiful sunshine. All of us kids had a great time and I think it was one of my best birthday parties ever! Maggie and the girls made a delicious lemon cake and of course we had BlueBell vanilla ice cream, too. Easter on my birthday is a very rare event - it won't happen again for about 220 years. Wonder what we'll be doing then?

In 200 or so years, I'm sure you'll be singing in heaven!! You and Bobby are so blessed to have such a precious family. Rena
